Who we are
This website, www.visionctrl.ai, is run by Vision Control Pty Ltd (ABN 23 695 132 560), trading as VisionCTRL, with offices in Perth, Australia and London, UK. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Vision Control Pty Ltd.
This policy covers personal information we handle through this marketing website and the emails you send us. It does not cover the VisionCTRL platform used by our customers, which is governed by separate agreements.

What we collect
Information you give us
When you use the “Request a walkthrough” form, we receive your name, organisation, work email address, phone number (optional), site type, country or region (optional) and any message you write. If you email us, including to ask for a white paper or to hear about updates, we receive your email address and whatever you tell us.
Information collected through analytics (only if you accept)
If you click Accept on our cookie bar, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used. This records things like the pages you view, how far you scroll, which buttons and links you click, whether a walkthrough enquiry was sent and the site type chosen in it, your approximate location (country or city level), your device, browser and language, and how you reached the site. Google states that Google Analytics 4 does not log or store individual IP addresses. We do not use this data for advertising, and we have turned off Google signals and ad personalisation.
Information our hosting provider processes
Like any website, our hosting provider processes standard technical request data, such as your IP address, the page requested and your browser type, in order to deliver the site securely. We do not use this to identify you.
Search Console
We use Google Search Console to see how the site appears in Google Search. It reports aggregated data about searches and pages and does not tell us who you are.
Cookies and similar technologies
We set no analytics cookies until you click Accept. If you click Decline, or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat that as a decline and load nothing from Google Analytics.

Changing your mind. Use the Cookie settings button in the footer of any page to accept or decline again. Declining deletes the analytics cookies we set. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Fonts. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser requests them, Google receives your IP address and browser details. This happens as the page loads, before any cookie choice.
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange a walkthrough or follow-up. If you are in the UK or EU, our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, and steps you ask us to take before entering a contract.
- To measure and improve the website through analytics. Our legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- To keep the website secure and working, and to meet our legal obligations. Our legal basis is our legitimate interests and compliance with the law.
We do not sell personal information. We will only contact you about your enquiry, or about updates you have asked for, and you can ask us to stop at any time.
Who we share information with
We use trusted service providers to run this website. They process information on our behalf:
- Vercel, which hosts the website.
- Web3Forms, which delivers the walkthrough form to our inbox. Your form details pass through their service.
- Google, for Google Analytics (after you accept), Google Search Console and Google Fonts, and for our email and productivity tools.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, to protect our rights, or in connection with a sale or restructure of our business.
Transfers outside your country
Our providers may process information in Australia, the United Kingdom, the United States and other countries. Where information about people in the UK or EU is transferred, we rely on the safeguards our providers put in place, such as standard contractual clauses, and we have accepted Google’s data processing terms for Google Analytics.
How long we keep information
- Enquiries and emails: for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, then deleted or archived unless we need to keep them for legal reasons.
- Analytics data: 14 months.
- Your cookie choice: stored in your own browser until you clear it.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, including using encrypted connections (HTTPS) for this website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it. Under UK and EU data protection law you also have the right to ask us to erase your information, to restrict or object to how we use it, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect what we did before you withdrew it.
To use any of these rights, email info@visionctrl.ai. We will respond within 30 days. We may need to confirm your identity first.
Complaints
Please contact us first so we can try to put things right. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (Australia), the Information Commissioner’s Office (UK), or your local data protection authority (EU).
Children
This website is for business users and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Links to other sites
This website links to other sites, such as LinkedIn. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, so please read their policies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. If we make a significant change, we will say so on this page.
